Yes, we carry insurance and bonding.
Can I specify the time and day for the cleaning to occur?
Yes, you can select any times Monday to Friday between 8am and 4pm. (Other times may be available on request).
What tasks will be completed?
The checklist you agree with your cleaner will clarify duties.
How is payment accepted?
Payment can be made by PayPal, Check, Cash or Venmo. These are collected upfront or invoiced.
Do you provide cleaning materials?
It depends. For all other services other than specfic Cleaning you will have to provide your own products. Clients usually prefer to specify substances used in their homes and have favourite cleaning products they use.
